waist configuration, eliminates the bulk of velcro closures for the cosmetic appeal and comfort preferred by some AK Leg Amputees. The improved belt design of the adjustable leg version allows the prosthetic leg to be more fully opened, eliminating donning limitations with the previous Power Short design.
The non-stretch velcro leg closure with this option allows a custom purchase of the socket taper. The longer leg section provides greater socket containment. The wearable stretch/compression range of the Power Short Auxiliary Suspension Belt is up to 8" - 10" in the waist and hip depending on size and amputee preference.
