Alps Clearline Silicone Suspension Sleeve Reinforced with Fabric is
one of the first BK (below-the-knee) suspension sleeves to truly offer
effective vacuum suspension, the Reinforced Clearline (SLR) from Alps
continues to be the suspension choice of many high activity below the
knee amputees today.
The elasticity of the fabric cover still allows superior freedom of
movement throughout knee flexion and yet at the same time achieves
a secure prosthetic suspension by sealing with the skin without
restricting circulation. This combined with a high coefficient of friction
creates a very responsive suspension system. Bunching behind the
knee is reduced because of its 2mm thickness.
The Clearline is able to do all this without having to sacrifice durability.
Amputees now have options for pediatric and larger sizes.

Measuring for Alps ClearLine Sleeve, please reference the Diagram
Start from the upper edge of your knee cap. Measure 10cm up towards
your thigh. Wrap a tape measure around the circumference of your
thigh. Choose the Sleeve you need from our list of sizes in the drop
down box.
