Restocking Fees:
 | | Any opened item in resalable and original condition within 30 days of delivery: | | | 15% of item's price.

Quantity Discounts You may return items for which you received a quantity (either by volume or dollar amount) discount in accordance with our general return policy.
Note: If by returning an item your original purchase is no longer eligible for the quantity discount, the discount received will be subtracted from the purchase price of the item being returned. You will be refunded the difference.
Refund Processing Times For items directed to our Returns Center, expect your refund within 4 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper (though in many cases you'll receive the refund sooner).
This time period includes:

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
If the return and refund do not appear on your method of payment within 4 weeks from the day you sent us your return, please contact us for help.

Packing and Sending Your return You can pack and send your return to us in just a two simple steps.
1. Pack the items and packing slip securely in a box. You can use the box the items arrived in or another box, if you prefer. If you do not have the packing slip, please at least send a print out of the email containing your RMA number. 2. Once your Return is appropriately packed take your package to a post office or shipping center.
