A. No. Ordering through the AmputeeSupplies.com at this time is limited to U.S. Customers.
Q. Do you have a Print Catalog?
A. The Amputee Supplies Team is constantly updating and adding products to our store resulting in a long delay
before an accurate print catalog will be available.
Q. Are there any Taxes I will have to pay?
A. AmputeeSupplies.com will collect all state sales taxes as applicable for the State of New York only. All orders
from outside of New York are not taxed by our systems.
Q. What is your exchange policy?
A. Because we want you to be 100% satisfied, you can return purchase(s) made at AmputeeSupplies.com up to
and including 30 days after the item was purchased. Click here to go to the online returns policy or warranty policy.
Q. Why is there an added cost for certain product options, sizes and so on?
A. This allows us to establish a more competitive price point for those customers that want a basic item or smaller
size. Manufacturers charge our company extra for larger sizes and specific options.
Shipping Information
Q. How do I track my order status?
A. An automated process occurs immediately after you place an order that emails a link to your order status page.
Tracking numbers and backorder details are emailed to the address provided, the day following shipment. If you
did not receive the status details to your email, please make sure that the email address provided is correct and
that you are not using a spam blocker service. If you are using a spam blocker service please add:
orders@amputeesupplies.com and sales@amputeesupplies.com so that you may receive your invoice, tracking
number and order status.
Q. How much is shipping and handling?
A. Orders over $75 will ship free UPS ground otherwise all orders will ship for a flat fee of $7.95. Please read our
Shipping Policy.
Q. Do you ship out of the United States?
A. AmputeeSupplies.com currently ships to the United States and Canada. Please read our Shipping Policy.
Q. When will my order ship?
A. Provided we have no problems processing payment, all orders placed before 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time (Subject to
Stock and Availability) should ship the same day, and all orders placed after 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time ship the next
business day.

A. Our system supports payment by credit card and PayPal. Customers may submit payment via MasterCard, Visa,
and Discover credit cards and PayPal.
Q. Can I buy with a purchase order? Does AmputeeSupplies.com accept purchase orders?
A. No. We do not accept any purchase orders. We only accept payment via credit card and PayPal.
Billing Information
Q. Does AmputeeSupplies.com accept Medicare or insurance payments?
A. No. At this time AmputeeSupplies.com does not accept any 3rd party billing methods. Our customers must pay
via credit card or PayPal for their products. Customers may then submit their invoice as proof of payment for their
goods to their respective insurance provider. AmputeeSupplies.com makes no guarantees that the items you
purchase are subject to reimbursement.
Returns
Q. How do I return a product?
A. Before returning anything, you must first obtain a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. An RMA
number can be obtained by contacting Customer Service Representatives.
Q. Is there a time limit on returns?
A. All products to be returned must be returned within 30 days from the invoice date, 100% complete, in resalable
condition, and must include original packing material, manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories
provided by the manufacturer.

A. No we do not stock or sell any used or refurbished equipment. Every piece of equipment we sell is brand new
with
the original manufacturers warranty information. All returns are either sold as opened boxes or are donated to area
health care facilities or charitable organizations.
